Our family just finished watching the entire series of
Monk on NetFlix. Former detective Monk had a compulsive habit of washing his hands whenever shaking hands, touching an animal, or a child. He might be on to something. Warner Brothers Pictures of Canada hired microbiologists and immunologists from around the world to create a one-of-a-kind living bacteria billboard. Two massive petri dishes were "painted" with pigmented bacteria, penicillin, mold. It didn't take long for the artistic interpretation to start showing it's true colors. On August 31st passers by were given free passes to see the movie "Contagion" in theatres along with other themed prizes.
